Property Insurance

It is important for you to know what your homeowners insurance covers (and doesn’t cover).  Typically it covers damage from fire, water damage (excluding flood), windstorm and hail, as well as other sudden and unexpected losses, for example, theft or vandalism, and the extra cost of living elsewhere while your home is being repaired.

Just as important, we think, is that it covers your legal liability (up to your policy limits) if other people are injured or their property damaged by you or a member of your family.
